You can return items to us by simply filling in our returns form located at the bottom of the page, or click here 'returns portal', OR you can simply contact us to complete your return. You will then receive an email with your return instructions, usually within 24 hours. All items MUST be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Upon return, please note The Beauty Edit may take up to 14 days to process the return. Due to the nature and hygiene of our products, all items must be returned untampered with (MUST be not unravelled), in the original packaging. All products that have been tampered with will not be accepted for a return and will be posted back to you. Please include your name and order number within your return to avoid delays.
