  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, used hair extensions cannot be returned.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

9. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible using our Contact Form.

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

To maximise the lifespan of your hair extensions:

  • Use sulfate-free products.

  • Brush gently and regularly.

  • Keep extensions hydrated.

  • Avoid excessive heat.

  • Strictly avoid chlorine.

Improper care may reduce the lifespan of the product and does not constitute a manufacturing fault.

We do our best to represent shades accurately. However, due to screen settings and natural hair variations, colour differences may occur.

We recommend using our Shade Guide and contacting us if you require assistance.
